The “Beautiful Singing” Bel Canto Concert

Johannesburg Opera presents the Bel Canto Concert.

We’re thrilled to invite you to the Bel Canto Concert. Embracing the beautiful tradition of bel canto, which means “beautiful singing,” this concert is all about celebrating the incredible power of the human voice. Get ready for an intimate and heartfelt performance filled with your favorite classical vocal works. You’ll be treated to soaring melodies and captivating storytelling that come together in perfect harmony.

We are excited to introduce soprano Segomotso Shupinyaneng and tenor Ntsikelelo Mkhwanazi. They will be joined by mezzo-soprano Lebogang Polori, who has participated in our previous concerts, along with the ever entertaining baritone Solly Motaung, accompanied by Mr Paul Ferreira.
