Johannesburg Opera and IT Corner present - CELEBRATION OF LOVE - A Valentine's Concert.
Johannesburg Opera will once again bring you the not-to-be-missed event on the social and entertainment calendar. The Valentine's Concert is in celebration of the one day we put our love on display, Valentine’s Day. It’s the day for romance, whether you hate it or love it; this is still the day that Cupid will be out and about enchanting our hearts and magically transforming earth into heaven.
The exciting programme will be filled with romantic excerpts from operas, pop-opera, musicals and Neopolitan songs which match the romantic mood of Valentine’s Day and will include: Some enchanted evening; Tornami a dirche m'ami; O mio babbino caro; Parlami d'amore and Perfect symphony to name but a few.
You will be entertained by Khayakazi Madlala (soprano), Thabiso Masemene (tenor) and Phenye Modiane (tenor), accompanied by Paul Ferreira.
